I've removed all of the SPAM from the site and upgraded security so that it shouldn't be a problem in the future.  In the process I deleted many SPAM accounts.  You may need to re-register if this has happened.  Thank you for your understanding as we should now have a clean site to discuss cholesteatoma issues and stories.

I've discovered that some of the old topics have been "hijacked" and the post names have been changed.  I'm in the process of finding a solution for this.  In the mean time just ignore the post title and first post as these are SPAM!  Thank you and have a very Merry Christmas!
